Using visual Management principles, Elegant IT developed and batching tracking system that allow batched to be tracked through their lifecycle and any issues or delays captured and reported to allow products to make it to the final stages with minimal wastage and impact to timelines.

A series of live charts and progress reports were created to allow management to monitor and review batches as they pass through the system.
