YouTube – Content Approval and Management

The basic concept is that there is an ideas log, where people can put ideas in, details can then be build up around that idea, inc things like budgets etc.

This idea can then be approved and then planned with resource added to filming and edit etc etc and that is then viewable on a plan.


This simple process allows ideas to be capture, researched approved and then planned, so nothing falls through the gaps and there is a clear visual display of what happens when.
