Yes. The application can be built without per-user application licence fees, with access for as many team members as you require. The hosting environment must be sized for the expected users, data and activity.
Will we only pay a hosting fee?
The running model starts with a base hosting fee rather than per-user application licensing. Development is a separate investment, and ongoing maintenance, support and third-party services are agreed separately.
Will we own the code?
We agree ownership of the bespoke code and source-code handover in the development contract. Any third-party components and their licence terms are identified separately.
Can you replace any SaaS product?
We first assess the features, integrations, data and business requirements. A focused replacement can suit some processes; recreating every feature of a specialist platform may not be practical or economical.
How do we know whether it will save money?
Compare the projected subscription bill with development, migration, hosting, maintenance and support over an agreed period. We include team growth and implementation costs so the decision is based on the full picture.
