When the agreed assessment criteria have been met and required issues resolved, we issue an Elegant IT certificate attesting to the quality of the assessed codebase within the review scope.
The certificate is backed by the assessment report and verification results, giving your team a documented basis for the handover or release decision.

This is an Elegant IT assessment certificate, not an accredited industry or regulatory certification. It applies to the assessed version and scope; future changes and every possible AI output are not covered.
ONGOING SUPPORT

We can support the application after the initial review and improvement work, with responsibilities and response arrangements agreed around your business needs.
When the application changes, we can reassess the affected areas and update the evidence supporting its code quality certificate.

Before we review your app.
Does the app need to use AI?
No. We can assess software created using AI coding tools as well as applications with AI features. The review is tailored to what your application actually does.
Can you review an application built by another supplier?
Yes, provided you have permission to share it and the access needed for the agreed review. We normally need the source code, setup instructions, dependency details and a safe test environment.
What if the app builder does not let us export the code?
We can discuss a review of the accessible functionality and platform configuration. A full codebase assessment and code quality certificate require suitable access to the code. We explain any limits before agreeing the scope.
What will we receive?
A written assessment and prioritised recommendations. If commissioned, we also deliver agreed remediation, verification and handover material. Certification is issued only when the agreed criteria are satisfied; support is arranged separately.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
That depends on the size of the codebase, the technology, the integrations and the review depth. We agree the scope, price and timescale after an initial discussion.
Does certification guarantee the app will never fail?
No. It documents the outcome of a defined review for a specific application version. Ongoing maintenance, testing and monitoring remain important as the app and its external services change.
